3 Bedroom, 2 Bath charming home with recent upgrades, 3 mi to gondola, big views

Awesome location and amazing views! Just a 5 minute walk to the (free) bus stop, which takes you directly to the gondola at the base of Breckenridge in just another 5 minutes! Free resort parking lots are located a 1-mile drive away. Easily access all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer, but avoid the congestion of town. A car is recommended for our location, but not required. Our neighborhood has paved roads, unlike many neighborhoods in Breck that have dirt roads. Roads are maintained by the county and are plowed regularly.

Recent upgrades to the kitchen and living room make for a family-friendly, very sunny open concept space. Large deck and sun room are relaxing places to enjoy a glass of wine or a hot cocoa on a sunny winter day!

Please note that is is our primary family home and we spend most of the year here. We travel quite a bit and rent the house when we are out of town. You will find that our home has many personal touches that most vacation homes do not, like an extra well-equipped kitchen and original artwork. You will feel like you are in your own home! Any issues will be taken care of by our local, professional property manager.

Please also note that like most Breckenridge vacation rentals and hotels, we do not have air conditioning, and it is not needed due to our mild summers. With highs in the 60s and 70s and lows in the 30s and 40s, you will be very comfortable. We do recommend that you keep the West-facing living area blinds shut when you are not home to minimize any unwanted warmth.



Please respect the house and the neighbors. No parties or other large gatherings are allowed. This home is best suited for families and couples. Sorry, we no longer accept pets.

Our home is located approximately 3 miles North of Breckenridge, and 6 miles South of Frisco, in beautiful Summit County, Colorado. We are out of the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge but close enough to easily enjoy all that the town and resort have to offer. Our location is best enjoyed with a car, but there is a free bus that goes directly to the Breckenridge Gondola, and also to Frisco Main Street. The bus stop is located on Hwy 9 at the entrance to our neighborhood, approximately a 5-minute walk from our home. Our location is the perfect balance of convenience and being away from it all.
