This wonderful private condo, with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling in the living area, offers two full bathrooms, one bedroom with a king bed, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a queen size Murphy wall bed that includes very comfortable European pillow-top mattress. The condo sleeps up to 6 persons in great comfort. The dining table also offers seating for six.

Because our condo is a top floor/end unit, it is one of the most private and quiet condos within the property. The bedroom, kitchen and both bathrooms are all on an exterior wall and there is no one above you.

New kitchen completed for 2015 ski season! New cabinetry, quartz counter tops and all new appliances, including a new washer & dryer have been installed. There is also new flooring in kitchen, living area and hall.

Two all NEW bathrooms are completed for summer 2015. Also, all new wood doors and woodwork within the condo, including new carpet and paint in the master bedroom have been completed.

This is an excellently maintained property and offers a fantastic location in Vail Village on the edge of Gore Creek and within steps of many restaurants, shops, ski lifts and Ford Park for summer and fall activities. The property offers two hot tubs on a deck and an outdoor pool heated year-round. There is also a ski shuttle managed by our staff that runs daily in the winter months as an option to walking to and from the ski lifts. Our very popular shuttle runs every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon.

Perfect Vacation Property!

We came up with our two sons. They absolutely loved the upper loft area to sleep. My husband and I loved that we had a bedroom. The kitchen area was perfectly stocked so we made meals in, instead.of eating out the whole time. The view of the river and mountain was beautiful, and sleeping with the door open was so calming.

The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, nicely updated, bed comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and then in the evening with a glass of wine. Location was great easy walk on the trail to the village. Craig the owner was fantastic very attentive and communicated extremely well. We are looking forward to coming back next year and staying at this wonderful condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we love the view and the sound of Gore Creek out the deck area. The owner is very helpful and gets back to you right away if you have questions. We would recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional location, outstanding view, excellent instructions provided by Craig, very convenient shuttle service, smart floor layout. Just 2 things that are on a slightly negative side: the bedroom is facing the highway so it is very noisy if you like to sleep with open window; the swimming pool is way to warm - actually to the point that we have never experienced before - this can be easyly improved.

Owner's Response: Oleg, I'm glad that you enjoyed our condo during your visit and thank you very much for providing a positive review. Regarding the issue with the pool being too warm, I believe this was in reference to swimming laps as mentioned in a follow-up email from you. Although the pool is not a lap pool, over the years I have seen guests swimming laps in the pool in winter. It's possible that management had the pool set at a slightly higher temperature during your visit. Most guests' feedback is that they enjoyed the heated pool. I contacted our front office about your concern and they stated the pool is heated around 90 degrees in the winter and 85 in the summer months. I think the desired temperature for lap swimming is between 77 and 82 degrees, so 90 to 95 would be higher than desired for serious lap swimming. I'm going to add more information about our pool and the water temperature to our listing in hopes of providing better information to future guests. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry about any road noise while the front window was open during your stay. Turning down the bedroom thermostat to reduce the room temperature and opening the back sliding doors to enjoy the mountain air is a good alternative. We purposely placed high quality drapes in the bedroom to help buffer any light or noise from the front of the building. We do receive a very high percentage of repeat guests year after year that find our condo peaceful and quiet. Thank you again for your review. It is appreciated. Regards, Craig
