Relaxing Rustic Retreat!

This spacious 2 BR/2 BA condo is located the ever popular Hi Country Haus community (Building 23, Unit 5, directly across from the beautiful rec center). Your cozy vacation getaway is within walking distance to several popular restaurants and fun family activities. It is mere steps away from the newly renovated recreation center with access to an indoor pool and three hot tubs. The resort shuttle bus stop is practically right outside the door, giving you access to the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resort. This second floor end unit is loaded with amenities, featuring in unit sauna, full kitchen, washer/dryer, HD cable and high speed internet! We also have a Roku TV enabled with guest mode, so you can safely log in to all your favorite streaming apps during your stay.

For sleeping arrangements, there is a king bed in the master, two twin bunk beds in the guest room along with a queen sized pull out in the living area. Other amenities include a covered pavilion and playground, hiking trails and fly fishing in the Fraser River. This non-smoking, pet free unit is waiting to show you all about the mountain life!

Please note that the Town of Winter Park now charges for single use plastic bags when shopping. We encourage visitors to bring their reusable bags when shopping, but we do have a few available in the unit for guests.

Winter Park Ski
The condo is very worn down and full of old excess furniture. There are no closet doors in the bedrooms and full of junk. The couch is so sunken in the family room it is not usable. Neither the stove nor the in-unit sauna was working. There were no supplies to clean up with, no garbage bags and had to contact owner to utilize the WiFi - disappointing weekend for the $$$ spent.

Not a great experience but ok i may be able to characterize the condo.
Master bath had broken toilet seat. 2 rusty razors in shower and pubic hair in master shower. Kitchen has lots of missing stuff. No garbage bags to replace the used 1. Bunk beds are too small for a 13 yr old to fit. Master shower faucet leaks and paint is peeling and moldy above the shower walls. Location was great walked everywhere we wanted and has lift access outside the door. Hope this helps.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay! The location was fantastic, the condo features were great, and it was a lovely spot for my friends and I who went skiing for the weekend. There were four of us staying in the condo, and we easily fit. Corey was a very available and in communication as needed.

Great location
Condo was clean and was in a great location. Shuttle stop was steps away and condo was well furnished for preparing any meals. Owner was responsive and we experienced no issues during our stay.
