Cute and comfortable condo. One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed and queen sleep sofa in the living room. Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo.

Updated in 2014 with laminate flooring, furniture, beds, paint, and two 39' flat screen TV's. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun.

There is a view of the canal from the balcony.

Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer.

Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Ocean paradise
The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Just a couple minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Walk for miles on the firm beach sand. We had everything we needed in the condo and enjoyed the pool in October! We would stay again!

Corpus Christi Visit
We required a pet-friendly condo on our recent visit to the area. The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries. Check-in process was very simple. The condo was supplied with everything one would need for a short or longer visit. Well thought out. Would go back.

Well kept condos. Property had heated pool and hot tub. Unit was clean and had everything there we needed. Fully stocked kitchen with grocery store close by. Bed was comfortable along with soft sheets.

Great Location
This condo is located about a five minute walk from the beach in a very quiet condo complex. The condo is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Will look forward to returning.

Cute Condo
The condo was perfect for our needs, just the right amount of space for two people and a pug. It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants in Port Aransas. The check-in process was easy. We truly enjoyed this rental and wished we could have stayed longer.

I purchased the property in 2006 when it was converted to an condo and renovated. In 2014 I did a few small upgrades such as flooring, lighting and other small changes. I'm a Texas Realtor that works as a commercial property manager and live in San Antonio.

Why they chose this property

I bought this condo for long term rentals but decided if I rented it as a vacation rental, I could also visit my self. Will also rent it furnished for periods of over 30 days. The property is only a block from Whitecap Beach and it has a pool, small pond and exercise room. It's located in a quiet area but not far from all kinds of activities, restaurants and shopping.
