Description
Villa Rosalinda is a beautiful new construction home in one of Cape Coral’s newest and most coveted areas. This home is located on a cul-de sac lot and has beautiful water views from all living areas and bedrooms. The lot has over 180 feet of waterfront. It has a split bedroom layout, twelve foot ceilings in living areas, travertine floors throughout, Spanish-tiled roof and is surrounded by tropical palm trees. Ten foot pocket sliding glass doors lead you to the oversized lanai, pool and spa. The lanai is over 500 square feet and has a sitting area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the salt water pool and spa (no added chemicals) while taking in the beautiful views. In the evenings gaze at the bright stars as the silence engulfs you. Enjoy the tranquility of Cape Coral while being just minutes away from Fort Myers, Pine Island, and the famous beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

Excellent!
The photographs don’t do the property justice - it’s even more stunning in person. The home has absolutely everything you could possibly need: from a well stocked kitchen, to board games, to the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a long time. We will definitely be returning. Bernie was a great host and was always very quick to respond to any questions.

Relaxing Getaway!
This vacation home was an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by stunning interiors and impeccable attention to detail. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying meals in the kitchen, or simply soaking in the canal views, every moment at this retreat felt amazing. The home was beautiful, spacious and clean! We will definitely be back as this home has everything you need to make a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool and grounds are magnificent. It was definitely a sad day when we had to leave this home.

Amazing stay!
We loved our stay at the Rosalinda property. The home and pool were as advertised and had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our stay. Communication with owner and management company was great and they were very responsive. We are hoping to come back again!
