Very peacefull and not overlooked, in the heart of the Aix wood hills, the property of 2 ha is in the shade of pine and olive trees on the touristic "Cézanne painting" road at the foot of the Sainte Victoire mountain but so close to Aix en Provence (1km walk and 2 car) and not far from the Mediterranean beaches and motorway access.
Pool with a cottage of 20 m2 in the trees (pool house) can accommodate 2-4 additional people. It is adjacent to a large and partly covered terrace with summer bar and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, ice maker, griddle ..)
The 150m2 house offers spacious volumes and terraces covered or not overlooking the landscaped park. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, internet and overlooks a garden with a playground and a very large table of 4 m (15 people) under the pergola.
everything is done for you to enjoy south of france sun with your family or friends in holidays ....

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable entre amis. L’accueil d’Ivan était très chaleureux. La villa est très bien entretenue et bien équipée, il manque juste un WC supplémentaire. Nous recommandons la villa à tout le monde.

Un séjour tres agréable
Notre hôte qui ne pouvait pas être là à notre arrivée a été très présent et attentionné par téléphone avant, pendant et après notre séjour. La maison est très bien située: au calme mais tres proche d'Aix. Elle est très agréable avec un jardin bien entretenu. La piscine et sa terrasse ont été très appréciés grâce aux canapés et au coin bar. L'aménagement de la terrasse devant la cuisine est chaleureux et invite à faire durer les repas. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location.

Our family enjoyed our time here
Overall we would recommend this as a good base in Provence for families. The house and facilities were in the main very good and Ivan, the owner, was very helpful. Rooms were good sizes and the additional space in the summer house will be useful for those with big groups. The house is a 10 minute drive to Aix en Provence (it is a long walk to Aix so you will need to use a car). House came with lots of catering equipment so fine for large groups. Pool was fine as well. The house had good quality wifi so my teenage daughters were happy.

Excellent accueil des propriétaires toujours prêts à partager leurs connaissances de la région La maison est très agréable et idéale pour les groupes ou grandes familles (seul bémol pas de barrière autour de la piscine pour les jeunes enfants) Coin piscine et plancha vraiment sympa Que du bonheur, merci !

Idéal pour les groupes d'amis/coulpes
La maison est parfait pour des groupes d'amis comme nous , 5 couples, en vacances dans le sud... tout est fait pour la convivialité : la grande table en fer forgé sous la tonnelle du jardin permet de prendre les repas ou pdj tous ensemble, le coin bar/piscine et salon d'été est parfait pour les soirées lunge sous les pins éclaires le soir et nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour passer ici de superbes vacances Encore merci à Ivan pour son accueil et ses conseils sur les lieux à voir et les activités a faire dans la région ! Nous reviendrons .
