El apartamento está bien ubicado en una zona tranquila. Lo único es que ponía que contaba con 4 habitaciones y en realidad eran 3, por contra, ponía que sólo había un baño, pero también contaba con un aseo. El apartamento muy completo, las señoras que nos recibieron muy amables. Cuenta con ropa de cama y toallas en buen estado, así como mucho menaje de cocina. Nos alojamos 7 personas sin problemas. Todos muy contentos del alojamiento, esperamos repetir pronto.

En general todo bien, las condiciones del apartamento todas fenomenal y no le falta un detalle para pasar una buena estancia. la terraza es estupenda y sopla una brisa maravillosa. La piscina de la comunidad también está muy bien. Como única sugerencia menor, les propongo que aclaren en el anuncio si se pide que los huéspedes llevemos sábanas. Nosotros así lo entendimos, pero luego allí nos encontramos con todas las camas perfectamente hechas y por supuesto con ropa de cama y toallas, cosa que por supuesto agradecimos mucho, y nos podríamos haber ahorrado el equipaje adicional. Quizás fui yo que lo entendí mal.

Em cima da praia
Depois da boa experiência do ano passado, e face às condicionantes que surgiram devido à pandemia do COVID-19, decidimos jogar pelo seguro e voltar aonde já conhecíamos. As condições são muito boas, a proximidade da praia permite fazer umas férias sem praticamente pegar no carro. Além disso a água do mar é límpida e quente. A voltar novamente... quem sabe para o ano?

Interessant, ruim en goed appartement
Wij zijn met ons gezin (4x) begin juli 2020 een week in het appartement geweest. De boeking met de eigenaar verliep vlot, en op het afgesproken moment was iemand van de familie van de eigenaar aanwezig om ons te laten inchecken en eerste uitleg te geven. Het is een ruim appartement, met 3x slaapkamers en 1x badkamer, 1x keuken, 1x grote living en een mooi terras buiten met zicht op zwembad en de zee. Er is één airconditioning in de living, maar die werkt redelijk tot in slaapkamers als je de deuren van de gang open zet. De locatie is goed, kort bij de zee, kort bij haven Puerto Juan Montiel, kort bij een Mercadonna, etc. In de kelder is er een parkingplaats voor de auto. Het zwembad is ook ruim en goed onderhouden. Ivm COVID-19 had de eigenaar goede voorzorgsmaatregelen genomen en was er desinfecterende gel op het appartement aanwezig. Het appartement was gekuist, maar dit kon beter. Wij hebben een goede vakantie gehad en kunnen dit appartement aanraden.
