This two bedroom walk out suite feels like a house in itself! Recently renovated and professionally decorated, it exudes class and comfort. Enjoy the short walk to Dallas road, the beach, Downtown Victoria, Beacon hill park or Cook Street Village just out your back door!

This walk out, ground level suite has all the comforts of a home. The 100 year old house is surrounded by unique plants and flowers, and ample patio space. It comfortably sleeps 4 people, with separate bathrooms and showers for privacy.

This suite is located in the heart of Cook Street Village (you literally could not be ANY closer.) Cook Street Village is a hot spot for hipsters and locals to hang out/eat/shop/beach. People in Cook Street are generally always friendly (and happy.)

Beacon hill park is across the street and is one of Victoria's most beautiful city parks (with a renowned outdoor petting zoo.) Not to mention they have an unbelievable outdoor park, complete with a state of the art flying fox for kids (ok adults too....)

Cook Street boasts bakery's, organic grocery shops, a masterful butcher, a plethora of coffee shops, antique furniture shops, clothing stores etc. Not to mention every house in the area is like being transported back to the early 1900's.

You will be walking distance to downtown (10 minutes), and we will gladly provide you with directions! There is a constant flow of buses on the street nearby which can take you wherever you want to go in and around Victoria.

During your stay, there may be people living above you. The house manager is committed to ensuring you have the best, most relaxing stay possible!

Perfect Location, Excellent Accommodations

Unit is on a quiet street, only a 5 minute walk to the shops/restaurants/pubs of Cook Street Village or to Beacon Hill Park, and only a 15 minute walk into town. The Unit is very well appointed; the interior décor, fit/finish of the Unit are excellent and the appliances are all high quality. Elizabeth (Landlady) is only a phone call or e-mail away and is quick to respond. If you want Cook Street Village this is the place.

Love this place

Our second stay at this location. We love the suite and the neighbourhood. Have stayed in other areas of Victoria but enjoy Fairfield best. It's handy to everything one needs and is a short walk from the beautiful downtown area. Cook Street village is so delightful and Elizabeth's place is a wonderful place to stay. Will hope to rent this place again some time soon.

Perfect Again!

This was our fourth time staying at this home in Victoria’s Cook Street Village and it never disappoints. Ideal location only a few minutes walking from downtown, from the inner harbour or from the ocean. It’s also across the street from the iconic Beaconhill Park. The house is nicely furnished, and well maintained. It’s on a quiet street and has a very nice private backyard patio and a front yard courtyard. We’ll be back!

This lovely rental is homey and fully stocked with everything you need and most of what you want. We loved the location in the Cook neighborhood. GREAT nearby restaurants...my favorite was The Hot And Cold Deli. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there and loved Victoria, B.C.!!!!!
