Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette propriété. Le ménage a été survolé voir oublié lors de notre arrivée. Maison mal entretenu! Nous avons vécu plusieurs inondations à l’intérieur, le propriétaire étant bien sûr au courant puisque la situation perdure depuis octobre. Montant des fenêtres non stable, Clim qui fuit, électricité qui disjoncte etc… Nous avons même pris le soin de réparer certaines chaises pendant nos vacances pour être assis tous ensemble. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cette location tant qu’elle n’aura pas subi une remise à jour !

Maison tres agréable, propriétaires peu scrupuleux
Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans cette villa. Toutefois, 3 jours après notre départ, nous recevons un texto indiquant que le dormant d une porte à été découvert enfoncé, et de ce fait, les propriétaires nous demandent de régler la somme de 100€ sous peine de voir notre chèque de caution encaissé. Très surpris par cette information, nous demandons une photo aux propriétaires mais ceux ci refusent. C'est la première fois que je suis confronté à ce type de situation. De bonne foi, nous avions mentionné avant notre départ qu'une poignée ne fonctionnait plus et la femme de ménage n'a, elle non plus, rien remarqué après notre départ... Bref, nous avons dû nous résoudre à payer après négociation pour ne pas voir notre chèque de caution encaissé. Chers voyageurs: méfiance avec ces propriétaires !!!

Séjour Montpelliérain enchanté
Nous avons été accueillis dans une grande Maison super agréable à vivre , très grand séjour à deux doigts de la piscine semi extérieure , il y règne une ambiance très décontractée et relaxante : on adorre !!! Pascale la propriétaire est super sympa et nous a super bien accueillis , elle vous recommande tous les petits trucs et et les bonnes adresses pour découvrir Montpellier . Et Montpellier comme toujours on aime et on adorre !!!
