Beautiful house in a wonderful location

  • 5 of 5

The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the twinkling lights and rocking chairs. Wish it had been warmer so we could enjoy them more. John and Gwenda were wonderful to work with and even left a welcoming gift of fresh baked bread and wine. Can't wait to come back again!

Beautiful, well kept, like new and quiet.

  • 5 of 5

Log cabin interior with very nice furnishings. Covered front porch overlooking a fishpond. No scenic views but lot's of privacy. Back deck with grill, fireplace and another fish pond. Large MBR suite downstairs with pool table, bar and small fridge. Queen bedroom upstairs along with full bath, great room and kitchen. Best stocked kitchen I've seen in years of renting cabins. Easy access to main drag but no highway noise at cabin. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway in a beautiful setting. John and Gwenda were very nice and helpful without being intrusive. Look forward to seeing them and staying in the cabin again.

Excellent cabin

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I rented the Pine Come for the weekend and loved it. We took our dog and thoroughly enjoyed being able to have her with us. The cabin was clean and well supplied with every thing you could need. And the extra touches supplied by the owner really made an impression. Handmade lavender soaps, a bottle of wine in the fridge and fresh apple pie on the stove were awesome and there were even doggie treats for our girl! Loved the porch and the billiards table. We will be back.

Exceeds Expectations....comfortable and relaxing

  • 5 of 5

We come to the area several times a year. We came with 2 boys and our dog. We could not have asked for a better place. We added a day on the front and the owners let us have a late check out. Close to skiing, Waynesville. Great for our family of 4. Great kitchen, bedrooms, laundry facility. Relax on front or back porch. Great entertainment tv games, pool table and nightime light surprise. Best homeaway experience so far.
