The apartment comprises living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms with view to the Castle of Santa Barbara and bathroom. One bedroom with 1 double bed and the second bedroom with 1 double bed and with 1 single bed. Sleeps maximum 5 people. It is equipped with air-conditioning and with all necessary appliances. The apartment building doesn't have a lift but the local supermarkets will deliver groceries to the apartment. There is a possibility to rent a parking space in the underground car park (only for long term let). Pets are NOT allowed.

Electricity costs are not included in the rent and have to be paid separately. The cost of electricity consumption varies between 2-5 euro per day (depending on the use of air conditioning). We ask a security deposit of 100 euro to be paid in cash on arrival in the apartment, which will be returned to you on the departure day also in cash.
