I proprietari abitano un piano più in alto, ma non si nota nulla, sono molto discreti. La cucina-soggiorno è ben attrezzata, ha davvero tutto il necessario per cucinare! L'ampio terrazzo coperto può essere utilizzato bene anche in caso di pioggia. Il bellissimo giardino è molto curato, stai per te tutto il giorno. Il letto grande è super confortevole e ha un materasso morbido e molto confortevole. Non dormo così bene da molto tempo. Inoltre è un bene per la sicurezza che ci sia un posto auto coperto nel cortile interno, l'ingresso è protetto da un cancello in ferro radiocomandato. La spiaggia dista circa 250 metri. Gli unici piccoli avvertimenti sono che ci vuole un po 'di tempo per ottenere acqua calda durante la doccia. Das grosse Bett ist super komfortabel und hat eine weiche, sehr bequeme Matratze. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Für die Sicherheit ist auch gut, dass man im Innenhof einen gedeckten Parkplatz hat, die Einfahrt ist von einem funkgesteuerten Eisentor geschützt. Der Strand ist ca. 250 Meter entfernt. Die einzigen kleinen Einschränkungen sind, dass es beim Duschen etwas lange geht, bis warmes Wasser kommt. Obwohl 100 Meter hinter dem Haus die regionale Hauptstrasse SS213 durchgeht, hört man nur ein Rauschen, weil es Lärmschutzwände hat. In der Wohnung hört man gar nichts von der Strasse. Appartamento con tutto il necessario per un sereno soggiorno. Avendo con noi i nostri cani abbiamo avuto a disposizione un giardino che, anche se non grandissimo, era completamente recintato e sicuro. La posizione è ottima: basta attraversare la strada per raggiungere la spiaggia e si può scegliere a destra lo stabilimento balneare organizzato o a sinistra la grande spiaggia libera. Raggiungibili a piedi anche bar e minimarket. Proprietario disponibile e discreto.

Это чудесный, очень чистый дом на берегу прекрасного моря. Отличный отдых!
Все мои ожидания оправдались и я очень довольна, что выбрала этот дом. В квартире было очень чисто. Комнаты, кухня и туалет были в отличном состоянии. На кухне было много посуды, большой удобный холодильник. Мне очень понравилось расположение дома недалеко от моря и красивый ухоженный сад. Пляж очень близко, с великолепным плавным заходом в море, при этом море не слишком мелкое. Вода была очень чистой, без медуз и водорослей. Только маленькие рыбки плавали вместе с нами. На пляже было немного мелкого мусора, окурки. Но мы относились к этому с пониманием, поскольку пляж бесплатный и там никто не убирает. Песок на пляже местами черный. Мне больше понравился песок справа от платных лежаков, надо пройти буквально 50 метров в сторону. Дом находится не в черте города, рядом там нет интересных мест для прогулок и шоппинга. Надо ездить в Террачина. Нам это было не сложно, мы арендовали автомобиль. Очень понравилась соседняя Сперлонга, отличный городок. В Террачина тоже есть, что посмотреть. Обязательно стоит посетить храм Юпитера на горе. Я безусловно буду рекомендовать этот дом всем своим знакомым. Спасибо Ирине и Серджио за гостеприимство!
