Modern ceiling fans, brand new floors, and uptown style. Fully enclosed, landscaped backyard. Detached garage with space for 1 vehicle inside and 1 vehicle in the driveway. Large finished storage room above the garage.
The living room features a sleeper sofa, 2 cozy recliner chairs, flat screen tv and dvd / usb player, and a mirrored hall closet. Enjoy Google Fiber Gigabyte + TV (1000 Mbps download / upload speeds and 150 + TV channels), and phone with free long distance to U.S.
The bathroom and kitchen are brand new, completely remodeled (except for the vintage built-in cabinets, which we have kept). Bosch dishwasher, new countertops and white porcelain double sink, metro tile floors. Amana gas stove, and LG refrigerator. Roll-around kitchen island cart, microwave, toaster, Ninja blender, coffee maker, and dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans (stainless steel and cast iron).
Right off the kitchen, you'll find a laundry room with LG high efficiency washer and dryer. There's an enclosed front porch, and a brick patio with a fenced backyard, BBQ grill, hammocks, and benches out back.
The larger bedroom has a king-sized bed with a high quality firm mattress, two closets, 2 nightstands and reading lamps, and a dresser with mirror and six drawers. This bedroom also features an en suite vanity sink. Plenty of high quality linens and pillows provided.
The bed in the smaller bedroom has a high quality firm Twin XL mattress. ('XL' means extra long, so it is the same length as a King size bed.) The small bedroom features bookcases, a desk for two, and a closet with drawers and hanging space. Linens including pillows, sheets, and blankets for the Twin XL bed are provided.
There is a bonus room at the back of the house with a green and white desk, filing cabinet, swivel chair, and surge protector strip. This room can alternatively be used as a sleeping cove. The bonus room has an extra long (80-inch) foldable sleeping cot and 5-inch thick fiber bed.
The office includes wireless printer-copier-scanner, wireless/ethernet router, rechargable battery charger, and supplies (paper, scissors, stapler, three-hole punch, envelopes, surge protectors / USB outlets, etc).
The house is only 1 story, but the garage has 2 levels. The first level has space for your car, and then you can go upstairs to the second level for storage. The garage lower level has space for 1 large car or compact pick-up truck, plus bicycles or motorcycle. The vertical clearance in the garage is 76 inches (6' 4"), so a very tall vehicle may not fit. Outside the garage, the driveway has space for 1 car.
The house and garage have 24-hour response security system, providing peace of mind when you're away.

If staying only 1 month, the monthly price is $3000; for 2 months, it's $2850, 3 months it's $2700, 4 months it's $2550, 5 months it's $2400, and for 6 months, it's $2250. To reserve the house, a $1000 deposit (non-refundable) is required. After that, $2000 is due 60 days prior to your check-in date, and the remainder of the 2nd month (if applicable) is due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
In addition, the refundable $1000 security deposit (plus $250 refundable PET deposit, if applicable) is due 15 days prior to check-in date.
Pets are only allowed with prior permission. Pets require an additional $250 refundable pet deposit.
There is no need to stay in exact 1-month increments. You can stay for 6 weeks or 15 weeks or some other length of time specific to your needs.
We take great care in making the house spic and span for you and your family, cleaning behind appliances, inside window sills, on top of the ceiling fans, inside the garage and cellar ... with all supplies re-stocked especially for you (including laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, tp, trash bags, paper towels). We put a lot of love and care into this home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, and have a wonderful stay!
