L’appartement est très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Il y a de belles balades à faire dans la région et la plage à nos pieds. On a apprécié le calme malgré l’emplacement central. La communication était parfaite avec Mme Meliet.

Bel appartement au centre de Dinard
Spacieux deux pièces, de construction récente, aménagé et décoré avec goût. Agréable terrasse donnant sur l'arrière de l'immeuble. Quartier animé avec de très bons restaurants et de nombreux commerces à proximité. Malgré cela, l'appartement est silencieux et la terrasse très calme, bien que sentant un peu la friture des restaurants. Jolies plages tout près: à 100 m de la plage de l'Écluse et 800 m de la plage de Saint-Enogat. Belles balades tout le long du rivage, avec de jolies vues sur Saint Malo et sur le large. Le parking au sous-sol de la résidence, proposé en option, est très pratique car le stationnement extérieur est difficile, mais n'est pas accessible aux grosses voitures. L'appartement est bien équipé, avec notamment un Wifi de bonne qualité, mais sans lave-linge ni lave-vaisselle. Accueil attentif par Mme Desbois. Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour a été très agréable pour moi, et je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Une semaine à Dinard
Très bon séjour à Dinard, dans un appartement situé au coeur de la ville, tout pouvant se faire à pied. Nous avons pu profiter d'une belle terrasse et de la plage à 5minutes de marche. Très bon accueil de Madame Desbois et nous l'en remercions. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette escapade dans une très jolie ville avec beaucoup de promenades en bord de mer.
