This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2400 square foot property is centrally located on 1/4 acre in Scottsdale.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen HDTV w/ built-in speakers, full bath, walk-in closet, separate walk-in shower, and private patio exit to access the hot tub, pool (pool heating optional with additional fee November - March, heating is free rest of year), and outdoor fireplace.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds and flat screen HDTV's, while guest bedroom 4 has one twin bed and one full bed; all share a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is spacious and fully appointed with a breakfast eating area, new appliances, and a coffee maker with 12-cup drip and K-cup. The dining room has additional seating along with a bar and bar stools.

Next to the kitchen is a billiards room with a flat screen HDTV with additional seating.

The back yard has several different areas to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal, hang out around the pool, or take a dip in the hot tub (hot tub water is always replaced before every stay, always hot). The built-in BBQ area is ready to go with propane and also contains a small outside refrigerator. You will also find a flat screen TV, built-in speakers, ping pong table, dart board, pool-side basketball hoop, and other assorted games on the patio. Golf clubs are available and free to use (2 sets) and a vast assortment of tennis rackets for the lighted tennis courts across the street.

Stay connected and entertained by the several television sets with high-end programming including a 75" HDTV, 5.1 surround sound speaker system, high speed WiFi internet, a DVD collection, PlayStation 2 with PS1 and PS2 game library. Board games and books can also be found in the house if you look around.

Enjoy the shopping, day spas, golf, vast array of restaurants, baseball spring training, car shows, equestrian events, and the many natural attractions that Arizona offers!

Great location, awesome hosts!
This is our second stay and every bit as good as the first. Ted is very responsive to any questions and the house is very well equiped. Great back yard to find shade or sun, pool or hot tub whatever you are looking for. Highly recommend.

Paradise!
This property is everything you could ever imagine. You won’t want to leave because there are so many activities (horseshoe, hot tub, pool, ping pong, billiards, tennis courts across the street). The place was very clean when we arrived. I was so impressed how clean the hot tub was! Ted and Donna provided everything that was needed to have a wonderful time at their property. The rooms were spacious and there was adequate space for our family of 8. The property is located in a quiet location and felt very safe. Highly recommended, and hope to come back soon!

Perfect vacation home.
The home is even better than it looks online. Top of the line property and complete privacy. Tennis courts directly across street were well used and everyone enjoyed the pool and outdoor eating area. Lots of entertainment options. Located near anything you’d want to get to in Scottsdale.
