Chalet on stilts with a large terrace of 20m2 (table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol). Upstairs, living room-kitchen (satellite TV, WiFi, gas hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), bedroom with a double bed, bedroom-cabin with two bunk beds, mezzanine with an extra bed for two people, bathroom (hairdryer, washing machine). On the ground floor there is a closed shelter for bicycles or other sports equipment. All shops and beach restaurants nearby. Beach and water sports centre 150m away. Bicycle path at 150m.
Authentic wooden chalet on stilts with shutters closed in the old-fashioned way, keeping the spirit of the famous film 37°2.
A deposit of 300€ is to be deposited on the day of arrival and is recoverable at the end of the stay.
All taxes are included in the price.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Sheets can be rented. (8€ per bed)
Cleaning on departure obligatory (40 €) for rentals with animals.
Fixed price for cleaning on departure 40€ (if taken, the rental will be vacated at 10am)

Tout le nécessaire est prévu dans ce joli chalet à 200 m de la magnifique plage de Gruissan… belles balades malgré le grand vent parfois glacial Parfait pour un séjour en famille!!!

Nous avons passé a 5 un superne sejour! Le chalet typique est très cosy et super joli ( mieux que sur leq photos!). Le chalet est très bien situé et egalement très bien équipé il ne manque rien! Le propriétaire est adorable et a l'écoute, j'ai bcp apprécié la facilite de communication mais également d'accès au logement sans contrainte! Pierre fait confiance et c'est appréciable ! Enfin le cadre avec la mer a 2 pas du chalet est superbe! Nous reviendrons a coup sur pour la quietude qui y règne! Merci!

Gruissan, notre petit coin de paradis.
Marcher dans le sable au lever du soleil sur la plage, les chalets, les cerfs volants, et dégustation d'un bon vin et de poisson frais à l'Estagnol. Encore de beaux souvenirs.
