Soak in the private hot tub or soak up the amazing mountain views: this Park City vacation rental has something special for every guest!
Just at the base of Utah Olympic Park, this home's location is incredibly convenient: skiing is just a short drive away at Park City -Canyon Resort and Deer Valley. Shops, restaurants, and movie theaters are also located nearby, and guests are welcome to use the community's clubhouse with fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool*, and year-round hot tub.
With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, there's space for up to ten skiers, snowboarders, or window-shoppers... and all will find plenty to love in Park City. This vacation home has a warm living area with gas fireplace, handsome leather furniture, and an open floor plan - so the chef in your group can chat with everyone while preparing dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for meals, and there's plenty of granite countertop space for assistants to help chop vegetables or spread out appetizers.
The home has four bedrooms: one master suite with a king bed, two queen bedrooms, and one additional king bedroom. The lower-level den has a futon, and with three and a half baths, morning routines will be a breeze. The home also provides complimentary WiFi, and you'll find a grill on the deck - along with the hot tub - for warm-weather barbecues.
*The clubhouse card admits up to six guests at a time. Because the pool is small, groups larger than six will be turned away. Please plan ahead. Thank you for your consideration.*
* Vacasa has partnered with KEY in Park City, where a local concierge can handle anything from stocking the fridge with groceries to hiring a babysitter. After reserving your stay, you'll receive details about how to take advantage of this service!
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!
We came out to Park City for spring break. We have stayed in Bear Hollow many times, and this is my favorite of all the Bear Hollow houses I've stayed in. Well appointed, (although the one thing it needs is a cutting board), spacious and clean. PLUS, the views from the front windows, porch and the hot tub are really spectacular. Many of the houses in Bear Hollow have limited to no views of the mountains, so this is a really nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location, good views, comfortable floor plan. Decent property if you don't mind paying fees to Vacasa that don't translate into any improvement in service.
Great location and great home. Would definitely stay here again on a future park city trip.
This was a lovely home close to shopping, hikes, mountain bike trails and mountain resorts. The house had just about everything one could need, along with jacuzzi and east facing view of open space and mountains. It was spacious and conducive to our family that included some young grandchildren. We easily felt at home there and will come back another time!
Would recommend to anybody
The booking fees added 50% to the price. I wouldn't complain if the house had been over the top. It wasn't. The furnishings were dated and the carpet and interior were worn. It was disappointing. Overpromise and underdeliver.
