While on the quiet third floor, it is easily accessible via the elevator in the entrance lobby just down the hall.
This generous 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit has over 1,100 square feet of living space and is nicely updated and furnished. It also provides great separation of the two bedrooms, which are on opposite sides of the large open living area, which has two sliding glass doors out to the balcony. Just inside the entryway is the Living Room, with a great view to the balcony and tree tops. And the adjoining TV Room has a comfortable sofa for your viewing pleasure. The Kitchen also opens to the Dining Room and to the Living Room via a breakfast bar, facilitating entertaining while cooking.
The Master Bedroom offers a Cal King size bed, flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
