With Heated Pool and Views, 15 km South of Sarlat

The house is situated in Plavard, 15 kilometres south of Sarlat, nestled amidst beautiful tranquil rolling countryside. Ideally located to visit all of this exquisite region of France.
Situated in a rural village, close to amenities and tourist attractions it will accommodate up to six people.
From the partly covered terrace you may enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. At the swimming pool area there are more spectacular views. The pool (exclusive use), measuring 11 x 5 metres, is heated and is fenced for safety. The garden is mainly put to lawns.
The caretaker, neighbours and pool attendant are always available for assistance.

Super Séjour
nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme sous le soleil, super piscine !!! belle maison, super agréable en famille ou entre amis, il manque juste un grand frigo. Les propriétaire sont super sympas, merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons !

Calme et détente
Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans une magnifique propriété. La maison est belle et confortable. L'espace extérieur est immense (notre chienne a adoré) et la piscine est top. C'est un lieu de vacances que nous recommandons ! De plus, le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. Seul petit bemol, il fait très chaud dans les chambres... Heureusement que des ventilateurs ont été prévus.

Sejour exceptionnel
Pour 1 première fois en Dordogne, c'est une réussite totale. Le site est calme et magnifique. La maison est très agréable ainsi que la piscine. Mais le vrai plus (et nous avons fait beaucoup de locations par Abritel) est la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité de Ruud sans oublier Valérine qui est venue rapidement régler un tout petit souci de machine à laver. Location et propriétaire au TOP. Je recommande fortement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
