With stunning views of one of South Carolina's most beautiful salt marshes, this beach villa is the perfect seaside escape in beautiful Seabrook Island. Step out on to your private screened porch or expansive deck off the master bedroom to enjoy sweeping views of Captain Sam's Creek, the salt marsh and, in the distance, the ocean. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife: dolphin, alligators, bobcat, otter, and a myriad of native and seasonal birds that can frequently be spotted in the creek or surrounding marsh. The two bedroom, two and half bath property is only a few steps from the neighborhood pool and a ten minute drive (or fifteen minute bike ride) to the beach. Walk over to the crabbing/fishing dock and step up to the second story look out, or use the boat ramp (perfect for kayak, canoe, paddle board launch) to enjoy exploring the island by water or fishing the creeks.

During your stay, enjoy access to the Lake House, which includes complimentary use of outdoor pool, children's play area and basketball court. Please note that the Lake House charges additional fees for use of fitness center and indoor pool. You may inquire at the desk. In addition, Creek Watch is an ideal base for those wishing to explore the island by foot, bike or car. You're minutes away from Bohicket Marina's idyllic sunsets and dining options, or Freshfields Village's shopping, restaurants and bars.

Perfect location & all the desired amenities
This townhome was everything we hoped and more. Right on the creek with gorgeous views, the property is clean, quiet and within walking distance to the pool and crabbing dock. We rented bikes for the week and were able to bike to the beach, Salty Dog cafe and the shopping area shared in between Kiawah and Seabrook. The owner made sure we had all needed passcodes, clear instructions on getting through the security gate and was super responsive when I had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!

My great and peaceful escape
I found this property on VRBO in 2022. My husband and I wanted to rent a villa at Seabrook to be close to our daughter and her family, but we wanted some privacy as well. To say we loved it was an understatement. We returned this year and plan to return next year. Things to know: property was very clean, kitchen (and all rooms) well organized, screened porch and view are fabulous, love location to gate and Freshfields. Owner is available if we have questions or issues. 10 + stars!!

LOCATON! Location. LOCATION!
This is a wonderful location with a perfect view! The villa was relatively clean the floors could have been cleaner but all in all it wasn’t bad. Villa was well stocked! We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Coastal Escape
Delightful place for a beach break. Nicely outfitted and decorated. Good communication, not too much, for gate and condo access made arrival straightforward. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels as well as basic kitchen implements. Views over the tidal marsh and ocean in the distance we’re fantastic—really enjoyed the outdoor screened porch. The beaches on Seabrook Island are wonderful. Recommend this place highly.

Upon a chance visit to Seabook Island, we discovered all that was lost from the other beach communities and more. We fell in love with this unique and special island. Over the past five years, we've only seen it getting better. We welcome you and enjoy sharing this exceptional place.

This is truly the best of both worlds! Here on the island you have uncrowded and peaceful beaches. There are resort amenities available that are second to none, all within a two mile radius! For those who prefer the city, there's beautiful, historic Charleston, SC a mere 23 miles away. This is a world class city taking first place in Conde Nast's Top Ten Cities in the U.S for three years in a row.
