About the property

Sleeps 8. (6 adults 2 children) 3 Bedrooms. 2 Baths.

The house, originally a cabin, was converted into a two bedroom year-round home in the 1980s. You walk into the main floor that features a full-sized kitchen, a full bath, and lovely open dining room and living room that walks out onto a gorgeous deck. The living room also has a propane fireplace available for use in the colder months (November-March). There is a sleeper sofa in this area that sleeps 2 in a full size pull-out.

A spiral staircase takes you up to the loft room, which has a full-sized bed and skylights.

Heading down the spiral stairs you will find another bedroom with a queen sized bed with an attached full bathroom, and a third bedroom with another queen bed. The downstairs master bedroom also has a gym quality treadmill, a walk in closet and sliding doors that access the lower deck and yard. Take the stone path down to the dock to Ashford Lake, a small and peaceful private lake. We have two kayaks available for guest use, a hammock, a fire pit and some outdoor seating.

A clothes washer and dryer are located in the kitchen pantry area.

There is free parking for two-three vehicles adjacent to the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs, and there is a grill on the upper patio for guest use as well.

Take the stone path down to the dock and find a hammock, fire pit, and 2 single person kayaks, all for your private use.

You will also have access to the private beach minutes down the road.
