It is distributed on two levels, on the ground floor hall, a large living room with access to the porch, very large kitchen with large space for dining-office, with direct access to the terrace and pool. Guest toilet.
On the top floor through the distributor are the four bedrooms all of them double with en suite bathroom and exit to the terrace.
Outside there is a large 6 x 12 meter pool, furnished porch with garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning by cold / heat pipes.

The house is located just a few minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of Es Trenc, Platja de Sa Ràpita and Ses Covetes.

Cancellation policy
- Reservations cancelled with more than 61 days before arrival will have a cost of 30% of the total price of the reservation.
- Reservations cancelled with more than 31 days before arrival will have a cost of 50% of the total price of the reservation.
- Reservations cancelled with more than 30 days before arrival will have a cost of 90% of the total price of the reservation.
~ Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking (pre-payment or one-off payment).
~ Free cancellation in case of force majeure due to government restrictions, health restrictions or airport closure.
