THE LOCATION | Experience the ultimate ski vacation in this private, luxurious ski-in/ski-out Colony Home. The home sits on 11 acres in the middle of the biggest ski resort in the US. Guests have superior access to the Quicksilver gondola, Dream Catcher lift, Snowonder Trail, Iron Mountain. First tracks are guaranteed whether it's on fresh powder or corduroy.

THE HOUSE | Unbeatable, private, family-friendly estate is sprawled out over 7,724 square feet of living space with 2 primary suites located on the main level ; five total luxurious bedrooms, five and a half baths, and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The child friendly home is well stocked with toys and books, sleds, snowshoes, pack 'n play and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the snow, dramatic views and unbelievable sunsets. An indoor work out room has a treadmill, elliptical, and Peloton bike for your convenience.

MOUNTAIN LIVING | The spacious ski room opens to the mountain slopes allowing guests to skip the lines at the base of the mountain. Ski right in and out the door and pop back inside after skiing to warm up or take a break. The great room is anchored by over-sized beams, a ski vacation necessity - a wood burning fireplace and walls of windows offering panoramic views of the mountains and wildlife.

GOURMET | The kitchen offers two sinks, two dishwashers, extensive dishes, serving ware and all the supplies you’d need to entertain and prepare gourmet meals or hire a chef, if desired.

ENTERTAINMENT | Everyone will enjoy the family room complete with a ping pong table/pool table, stone fireplace, wet bar, steel bar, poker table and theater screen for an evening’s movie or an afternoon sporting event. The hot tub under the dark winter's sky is an experience that's not to be missed.

THE EXECUTIVE | The house features a private office for the executive on vacation with stunning views and spacious work areas.

THE STAFF | From before the booking to after check out, the team will be at your service to make your stay the best it can be and answer all your questions.

***Start to finish 5 stars*** The house is stunning. The pictures online do not do this house justice. Centrally located between park city and canyons we were able to navigate the mountains with ease. The host was amazingly responsive and addressed our every request. Have no hesitation when booking this home, it is truly special.

We had a very nice visit and stay in the unit at the Grand Lodge. Three nights went by too fast. The host was very attentive and reached out several times through email to make sure we were well taken care of and that the unit was as expected. We look forward to future visits.

Originally from New York and Chicago, we have found the perfect getaway. We enjoy summer and winter activities here and love that we are just a few miles from the restaurants and entertainment of Park City. It's our own little private haven.

Why they chose this property

This White Pine home is set on 11 beautiful acres in the private community. Much of the acreage is covered in pine and aspen trees, but there is plenty of room to run around and play, whether in the snow or grass. Windows allow nearly 360 degree views of the mountains and wildlife can be seen year round.

What makes this property unique

The views are unbelievable in the winter and summer. Kids (and adults) can spend hours playing outside sledding and running around in the deepest snow. It's amazing that you can have this private, gorgeous setting just minutes above the bustling town of Park City, UT.
