The flat is very well located and tastefully decorated, all modern convenience. In a splendid and calm area, close to all amenities.
Literally in front of the sea, the view is amazing. The city is very lively during the whole year.
Given the COVID-19 context, the end-of-stay cleaning fee of €75 is systematic.
The cleaning fee and the linen rental option (19 € / person), highly recommended, will be paid to our local correspondent providing the concierge service.

St malo et la mer
Property was fully satisfactory. Location, accuracy of property description and professional management. Apartment is fully equipped and relatively quiet. Suggest adding shellfish utensils for seafood dinners. Plan to teturn.

Beautiful location, great apartment
My friend and I spent a week here and it was perfect. We each loved having our own bedroom and bathroom. 10 minute walk along the sea wall to Saint-Malo centre. Kitchen had everything we needed. Be aware, however, that water and electricity are charged separately. But parking in the building is included. Highly recommend this property! Mon ami et moi y avons passé une semaine et c'était parfait Nous aimions chacun avoir notre propre chambre et salle de bain. 10 minutes à pied le long de la digue jusqu'au centre de Saint-Malo. La cuisine avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Sachez cependant que l'eau et l'électricité sont facturés séparément. Mais le stationnement dans l'immeuble est inclus. Je recommande vivement cette propriété!

"Excellent! Gorgeous view of the sea! Easy walk to the old city. Having a parking spot was much appreciated. Very clean and well appointed. Would definitely rent again. Merveilleux! A 2 pas de la plage et des remparts. Très comfortable."
