Villa adaptée pour saison estivale
Belle propriété méritant neanmoins un petit rafraîchissement et une taille de la végétation. Espace de vie intérieur sous dimensionné pour 5 chambres. Cuisine sans four ni eau chaude. Très bel espace extérieur avec piscine non chauffée. Isolation phonique intérieure faible. Nous avons parfois manqué d'eau chaude en fin de matinée après toutes les douches. Je recommande pour un séjour familial.

+ Anzahl Schlafzimmer und Anzahl Bäder + Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - wenig warmes Wasser - Objekt und Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen - unterirdisches Wifi und kaum Mobilempfang

Une belle semaine de vacances entre amis
Nous étions 3 familles à partager cette maison. Lieu agréable, avec une vue magnifique. Piscine agréable. Une grande terrasse couverte pour tous les repas. La maison n’est pas parfaitement entretenue et manque un peu d’équipement mais c’est tout à fait acceptable pour une semaine de vacances. Nous relouerons ce bien sans hésitation.

Lo bueno: - el propietario es atento a las peticiones - la parte exterior es lo mejor de la casa - bonitas vistas Lo que menos: - es una casa antigua que necesitaría reformas para estar acorde con el precio. - no hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (solo 2 funcionan) - algunos muebles están medio rotos - apenas hay cubiertos y vasos suficientes - el salón es diminuto y no caben 12 personas (6 sillas) - no hay repisa en los baños para dejar neceser y productos Lo hemos pasado bien pero con la sensación de que era caro por lo que era. Con que se cuide un poco la estética y el confort, podría estar a la altura del precio.
