Very bright furnished exterior apartment located in the prestigious area of El Viso in Serrano street. Next to restaurants, luxury retail and El Corte Inglés. It has a large kitchen, office with TV, a room and bathroom.

Another perfect stay
My third time at this wonderful apartment, my hosts welcomed me like a family member. The place looks as good as new, and is just as comfortable and convenient as ever. Highly recommended!

Excelente.
Desde el inicio nos sentimos como en casa. El anfitrión, Sergio estuvo pendiente desde la comunicación inicial, rápida y clara como también al recibirnos puntualmente. El lugar muy acogedor, con todos los pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia. El área, muy tranquila, segura. Volvería a este lugar para una nueva estancia en Madrid y lo recomiendo 100%.

Fantastic Apartment
The apartment was fantastic. It is close to metro which allows you to get into the city easily and is also in a very quiet area so you can get some rest. The neighborhood is very nice and you are close to some very nice bars and restaurants. Sergio was a fantastic host. We arrived in Madrid late on our flight, but Sergio was still there to great us and show us the place. Our next visit to Madrid we will be staying here again. It has everything you need and Sergio is very quick to respond to any question you may have. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with items you may need. If you want to be close to the city with easy transportation and have a quiet restful night sleep, this is the place for you. Highly recommend. El apartamento era fantástico. Está cerca de metro que te permite llegar a la ciudad fácilmente y también está en una zona muy tranquila, así que puedes descansar un poco. El barrio es muy bonito y estás cerca de algunos muy buenos bares y restaurantes. Sergio era un anfitrión fantástico. Llegamos a Madrid tarde en nuestro vuelo, pero Sergio estaba todavía allí a gran nosotros y nos muestran el lugar. Nuestra próxima visita a Madrid nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo. Tiene todo lo que necesita y Sergio es muy rápido para responder a cualquier pregunta que pueda tener. La cama es muy cómoda y la cocina está bien equipada con artículos que pueda necesitar. Si quieres estar cerca de la ciudad con fácil transporte y tener una tranquila y relajante noche de sueño, este es el lugar para ti. Altamente recomendado.

Another fabulous stay
This was my second time staying at this property, spending another 2 weeks in Madrid for work. I appreciated the comfort and convenience of the apartment just as much! In fact I was able to explore the local neighbourhood more this time and discovered more areas nearby with great shops and restaurants, and more metro stations too within walking distance. My hosts welcomed me even more warmly, with so much genuine delight and generosity, and plenty of food supplies for my first few breakfasts. They were, as always, solicitous and responsive - they explained that the internet might be a bit slow for the first couple of days until it got repaired, and even arranged for a temporary modem so that I was able to do my work from home. The internet was fixed quickly and was excellent for the rest of my stay. Once again I am happy to recommend this place without hesitation!

Sencillamente perfecto
Tanto el piso como su ubicación se correspondían exactamente con la descripción. Está bien equipado, es confortable, cálido en invierno y silencioso. La localización es céntrica: muchos lugares de interés pueden visitarse a pie. Además, hay parada de metro, autobús y tren de cercanías. El barrio ofrece vida cultural, establecimientos comerciales y ocio nocturno. Su anfitrión es muy atento, cordial y accesible. Lo recomiendo decididamente.
