Wonderful place on a wonderful island
Staying at the Tree House property was great. It was comfortable, nicely designed, clean, and well stocked. Its a 10 minute drive into Eastsound and a 5 minute drive in to Moran Park but nothing is too far on the island. It was a very short walk to Rosario Resort and Harbor. Janice was great in her communications and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Truly magical!
We absolutely loved our long weekend stay at this gorgeous, peaceful, and yes, magical property. Trees surround it and actually grow through the deck! The beautiful interior decor mirrors the outside with splashes of color throughout. We arrived very late on day of check in, and Janice had the house lit up inside and out for us….a beacon of light in the woods. This truly was a special retreat for our nature loving family. Thank you, Janice!

The tree house was an amazing vacation home. Loved the wrap around porch with its peek a boo view of the water. The location is fabulous being one block from Rosario Resort and an easy drive into Eastsound or Moran State Park. The beds were comfortable and the bright modern interior was very welcoming.

The Magical Treehouse
We loved our stay at the magical treehouse where we were whisked away to a beautiful place with breathtaking views and amazing hikes. The treehouse is bright and whimsical with peekaboo views of the bay, a five-minute walk to Rosario Resort, and 10-minute drive to Moran Park. Great location and Janice is a wonderful host.

We are living our dream on Orcas Island, and thrilled to provide an extra special spot to share our paradise with visitors from the rest of the world.

We moved to Orcas in 2009 from Portland, Oregon (not a bad spot either!). After purchasing a vacation cabin on Mt. Hood that found us never wanting to leave, we decided to find a similarly beautiful spot to make a new life. For us, it was Orcas Island.

We purchased the Island Tree house in 2013, and have spent every free moment making it what we hope you find a dream-come-true for visitors to our beautiful island.

Greg is a manager with San Juan County, and Janice works in design.
Collectively, we are boaters, aviators, firefighters, fisherfolk, gardeners, artists and crafters.

We are dedicated to making your stay the very best possible!
