Welcoming, warmly hospitable, well appointed, close to beach,trains,buses,vg coffee shop. Restauran
We were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived a day late. The apartment had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us, and also lots of water in the fridge. There is a spacious room, with a very comfortable and discreet bed settee, a large balcony, good air-conditioning, separate shower and toilet. We were close to everything, including a great coffee shop on the corner of Rue Massena. All of which contributed to us having a great holiday. Helen and Jane

C'est Magnifique!!
Home away from home. Closest experience we could have had to living there. We were warmly welcomed and settled in easily. Ample space for two with great basic amenities - washer, kitchenette, balcony with dining table. Value of proximity to train and bus stations was immeasurable. From our apartment we easily travelled to Monaco, San Remo, Nice and several perched villages by bus and train. Each morning we enjoyed going to the local bakery (2 minute walk). Grocery stores are within minutes walking distance. Menton is a delightful, beautiful, and peaceful place. Loved our time on the Riviera.

Excellente
Séjour très agréable dans ce grand studio très bien situé, en centre ville, à quelques mètres de la gare SNCF (mais on n'entend pas du tout les trains) et à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare routière, avec les jardins Biovès au bout de la rue, et pleins de commerces de toute nature alentour. La terrasse est très agréable. Le studio est très bien équipé, avec des appareils ménagers de standing, de la vaisselle abondante, des produits d'entretien, de la nourriture (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, riz, café, sucre, etc... et même une coupe de fruits de saison variés pour accueillir les locataires!). Le ménage de fin de location est compris dans le prix de la location, et c'est très agréable. Enfin la propriétaire est tout à fait charmante, disponible et à l'écoute des locataires, tout comme la dame qui assure l'accueil sur place. Seul petit bémol : la difficulté du stationnement quand on est venu en voiture, surtout pendant la fête des citrons. A recommander très vivement.

Location très agréable, très bien équipée, très bien située. Nous ne nous sommes pas servis de notre véhicule du séjour.C'était juste un peu bruyant pour nous qui vivons habituellement dans une impasse. Merci à la propriétaire et à la personne sur place pour leur agréable accueil.

Amazing place to stay
This place is so wonderful in every way that we have been back to this specific studio 3 times and will keep going back. The owner is a great person, very nice and very helpful. Everything you need is there - washing machine, dishwasher (works very quietly), all kitchen utensils, regular size fridge, air conditioning (a huge plus) !!! Very quiet area, 3 little blocks from the beach. We LOVED IT!!!
