This wonderfully unique home is located just a few minutes from downtown St Helena, yet offers complete privacy in a tranquil setting on a wooded 1.8 acre hillside. It's most notable feature is it's orientation to the valley with awe inspiring vistas that stretch from St. Helena North to the Mayacamas and Mt St Helena. Expansive decks and large windows help guests take full advantage of the soaring views.

Five bedroom suites whimsically named; The Breeze Bedroom, The Bicycle Bedroom, The Bird Bedroom and The Catalina Bedroom and the Master with Loft. Each room has it's own bathroom, tasteful decorations, beautiful furniture and a luxuriously comfortable king or queen bed with plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. Four of the five have deck access or private balcony. Each bed is flanked by bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock and device charging station. In addition to the five en suite bathrooms there is a full bathroom downstairs and a half bath in the hall behind the kitchen. All bathrooms are either new or completely remodeled. Some features are glass walled showers, claw foot tub, marble floors, dual sink counters, etc. The Master Loft has an area for a home office and a private wet bar.

Chef's Kitchen: features large apron style sink under kitchen window that looks right down onto Rombauer and Duckhorn Vineyards, a six burner Thermadore range and oven, warming tray, kitchen island with guest seating and extra prep sink, French door stainless fridge, pull out drawer freezer, wine fridge, built in microwave, dishwasher and loads of cupboard and cabinet space stocked with essentials.

Dining Room: open to the kitchen and offers a large rustic dining table with twelve comfortable leather chairs. Tall sliding glass French door allows indoor/outdoor flow. Second sliding glass door to side deck with access to an expanse of level lawn.

Sitting Room: to the right of grand entry with French pocket doors. This quiet space offers a bay window with filtered light from vine arbor from which to enjoy books, board games and magazines.

Salon / Living Room: to the left of the grand entry, room has gorgeous tall windows that let in lots of light, cathedral ceilings, two comfy leather couches, wood burning fireplace, 55 inch flat screen. Flows into dining room and deck through arched wall.

Recreational Room: Eight foot pool table, darts, flat screen with NFL ticket DirecTV, two sliding glass doors open to expansive deck.

2500 square feet decking in total. Wrap around deck off of kitchen and dining room has three dinning tables which can be pushed together to seat 12, umbrellas, a 54 inch Viking Barbecue (built-in smoker, rotisserie, searing surface and loads of grill space), plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and a clear view of the valley from Glass Mountain to Mt St Helena. Lower level balcony has a sparkling Sundance hot tub for 7+ people, a hammock, comfy seating and access to the rec room and lower level bedrooms. Two of the upper level bedrooms have private balconies. The master bedroom loft has the highest balcony with a soaring view that will truly catch your breath.

Laundry room: front loading, high efficiency washer and dryer, deep utility sink, deck access (of course).

Two car garage, gated entry, extra outdoor parking, new landscaping and lawn. Hardwood or tile flooring throughout. No carpeting.

Well water with great pressure, filtered and softened. Two on demand, recirculating hot water heaters. Three zone heating and air-conditioning keep guests on every level comfortable. Whole house, high speed, wireless Internet. All utilities included.
