This newly renovated apartment is a private desert hideaway in a residential neighborhood on horse property. We don't have any but many in the area do. It is a short walk, bike ride, or drive away from everything that makes Tucson a popular winter destination. From outstanding golf and shopping to world class restaurants, you'll find it all nearby. This 1150 sq.ft apt. comes with its own secluded yard with a 50 ft. covered patio, seperate dining and grilling area, and natural desert gardens. The living room is large and comfortable for relaxing, entertaining, watching TV on the 48' flat screen. There is a desk/computer area with a printer for your convenience and internet/wifi service. Multimedia and games are also available. Bedding, linnens, and towels are new and luxurious. Kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking and entertaining needs. The second bedroom includes it's own mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for out of town guests or just convenience. It has it's own seperate entrance as well. Both bathrooms have safety rails in the shower. Toilet safety frames or bath chairs are available . Laundry has full size washer and dryer. Overhead fans in all living areas. This apartment offers complete privacy but also some security since it is atached to a private residence occupied by the owners. About Stanley Ossman

We moved into this home just before getting married and have raised 3 children here. Stan is a nurse and Nancy is an occupational therapist. We both still work full time. This apartment was used for years as a winter rental for the same couple from Rochester, NY. My parents lived with us for years in this apartment as well, affording them independence and privacy as well as the close assistance and comfort of family nearby when needed. Our children are grown and my parents are gone now. This apartment has been renovated and refurbished. It is ready to rent to you now.

A car is necessary. This newly renovated apartment is attached to a private home on 1.5 acres. We are on the best tasting well water in the city.

Great location

i have rented this location previously as it is close proximity to my family. We love the cozy feel of this rental. Stan and Nancy have provided a safe spot, a private entrance, a cute courtyard, a outdoor sitting area and grill to cook on. We hosted our family and friends there and had about 16 people come in and out through the day. It is a quiet neighborhood and we were able to walk the dog without fighting traffic. The house is just off a major street but no noise or traffic was noted. This is a good location to everything Tucson offers.

Desperate Need Of Maintenance

The location was great and owners were very nice. The unit was in need of upgrading and general maintenance repairs. The neighbor's dogs barked at night, and every time you wanted to sit outside. Very annoying!

Owner's Response: This is the first guest that ever stated that the house was in need of desperate maintenance. These guests told us the kitchen faucet was making noise and leaking. It was repaired and replaced within 36 hours. These guests also had a dog that barked as well. Our neighbors dogs will bark for a few minutes but 99% of the time they stop after a few minutes. We have never had a guest complain about this issue in years. If you review our record with our guests you can see that this is not a fair description of our rental. I strongly hope that you will not post this inaccurate and misleading review. Stan Ossman

Well maintained. Convenient location.

This was the third year that my brother, sister and I stayed at this location.

It's convenient to northern Tucson/Marana where our relatives live. Plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. The apartment is well stocked with

everything you might need. I plan to return next year.

Everything you need and more.

It was great! We had everything we needed and more. Little details make a difference. The owners thought of every detail like Qtips and nice soaps. The house is cozy with a private patio in a quiet neighborhood.
