The cottage has a comfortable living area with a TV, a gas fireplace, brand-new furnishings, and an unbelievable panorama of the ocean through the wide west-facing windows. Step out to the balcony for fresh, salty air, and an even better view, then take a soothing soak in the new hot tub! The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you'll need to prepare meals, so let the chef of the group show off their skills on all of the appliances of home. The only thing missing is a dishwasher, but you'll be able to let the dishes soak in the sink while you take an after-dinner stroll on the beach to watch the sunset!

Beach towels are available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
