"Le studio est loin du bo...
"Le studio est loin du bourg et nécessite d’utiliser le véhicule pour s''y rendre. Une odeur d''égout en permanence dans la salle de bain et cette puanteur envahit le studio. Canapé inutilisable car au raz du sol, pas confortable. Une seule lampe de chevet; des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas,le remplacement est laissé à la charge du locataire. La douche ne s''écoule pas et pas de possibilité de réparer cela. La batterie de cuisine en mauvais état, la vaisselle et les couverts pour 4 personnes se limitent pour 2 personnes et encore. La TV et appareils s''y rapportant sont sans mode d''emploi et donc à chacun de se débrouiller. Si ça ne fonctionne pas: attendre le bon vouloir d''un voisin qui s''y connait! Le propriétaire est peu enclin à la discussion et plus intéressé pour toucher le montant des locations."

"très bon accueil et sérieux, le propriétaire bien communicatif a solutionné immédiatement un petit problème. Environnement très calme dans une belle station/région Eclairage salle de bain trop faible ...sans être un problème"
