Great Stay
The property was well kept and clean. The condo was spacious for 2 adults. Although the balcony was large there is no view as it is an inside balcony. was great for BBQing. The pool area was our favorite place to start and end the day. As the property only has 12 units there were rarely any other persons at the pool. It was like a private pool. The property was close to the beach as well as close to all other amenities and of course 5th Ave.

The property was pretty good, although there was construction across the road, that was quite loud and dusty when using the roof top pool. We stayed for 12 days, and wish we could have had a room cleaning at the half way point. The only frustration we had with the building was the front door. We came home late one evening and the door buzzer was not working so we were locked out, after trying for 15 minutes we called our host and amazingly he showed up within 15 minutes and gave us a key for the front door. Other guests in the building had the same problem throughout the week. We had a fantastic time and its located in a great area close to the beach and 5th ave.

Great location, nice clean place, a very well stacked kitchen that allowed ip to do some cooking. Nice rooftop pool. Good bathroom and shower. The mattress wasn't the best but othetwise a great spot! I would recommend

Good location
Very good place! We stayed in this condo for a month in April and were very happy to have chosen this one. The seaweeds in PDC were pretty bad during all of our stay and we ended up using the pool on the rooftop a lot. We had the roof for our self almost all the time! There was maybe 2 or 3 times there was other guests for maybe 30 min but beside that it was all ours. We have rented bikes and were able to lock them in the garage for extra safety. The apartment itself was nice, small kitchen with everything you might need. There is no oven and we didn't needed one. Everything was clean, nothing broken. Only thing that was deceiving and you can't see it on the pictures is that the balcony is in the middle of other apartments so you can't sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Perfect location to enjoy the 5th avenue, you'll have to walk toward mamitas beach if you want a decent beach. We had no problem with construction next door, there is a rooftop bar one block away that is sometimes pretty loud until 2 am. We used ac every time we were in the apartment and finished the month way under the limit. Beside the balcony everything was spot on, I highly recommend!
