About this property

Grandma's Cozy Sunset Cottage on Mullett Lake

This quaint, cozy lakefront cottage is on a quiet dead-end street and features a fabulous deck to BBQ, eat and entertain - overlooking 64 feet of shoreline on Mullett Lake. Located at the South East end of Mullett Lake in Pigeon Bay. Enjoy fabulous sunsets then roast marshmallows at the fire-pit, glorious sunsets and twinkling stars at night.

The combination walk-out beach and seawall with dock and mooring ball are excellent for small children and pets. The beautiful sand bottom and shallow water makes for great swimming. Take out the fishing boat, paddle boat or canoe to enjoy both the lake or the nearby Pigeon River. Watch river otter, turtles, ducks, swans, loons, or an occasional eagle fishing or walk one street over to Parrot's Point for morning runs, walks or bike rides. Take your boat along the 40 miles of Michigan's Inland waterway and enjoy!

Relax and make memories to cherish for a life time at this old-fashioned, up-north cottage, away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for couples or a small family.

Very nice
I’ve stayed here before and the Niehbors used to be like the best people ever however the new guy is very noisy and wouldn’t stay out of our business I asked very politely for him to keep to himself 2-3 times until I couldn’t take it anymore and I did yell at the guy to mind his own business then he finally quite. Besides the idiot next door everything was excellent!!! The owner is awesome to deal with and is as nice as they come. We had no other issues. I would stay there again

Cozy Cottage with Great Views
We loved the outdoor deck looking out to the water and the location near Pigeon River. We saw Eagles, Lunes and Belted Kingfishers. Enjoyed the boats. I was unable to sit on the matching couch and chair because of the dog dander and smell. I am allergic. Everything else was great.

The cabin was very clean everything supplied. It could have used some brighter lights and more of them. Would stay again we had a wonderful time and it is located in a great area to sight see a lot without driving along way.
