Perfect for families
The apartment is cozy, comfortable and warm; it is also well equipped with everything young family might need for a short or long stay. Moreover, the location is ideal to visit all the main amenities around the Cimone area.

Ottima prospettiva per un soggiorno di durata medio-lunga
L'appartamento di Giovanna è sito in un piccolo condominio caratteristico sulla strada statale che va da Sestola a Fanano; questo non è scritto nella recensione ma non deve preoccupare perché, sinceramente, il flusso del traffico è davvero molto ridotto: 2 o 3 macchine in un'ora nei giorni feriali, 5 o 6 in quelli festivi; non dà affatto noia. Siamo al massimo ad un paio di chilometri da Sestola e, come ha scritto Giovanna, ci sono due negozi di alimentari nelle prossimità raggiungibili a piedi; a piedi si raggiunge in un quarto d'ora il centro di Sestola, attraverso uno stradello che passa dal giardino condominiale. L'appartamento affaccia pienamente sul Frignano con un terrazzino gradevolissimo, il panorama che se ne gode è splendido. L'abitazione è corredata di tutto il necessario e pulita; se proprio uno vuole fare le pulci potrebbe far notare che mancano armadi per conservare vestiti lunghi; ma credo che si tratterebbe di una nota decisamente esagerata, forse di chi vi vuole soggiornare per più di un paio di settimane. Non è adatto a bambini con meno di 4-5 anni, perché per accedere alla zona notte bisogna far uso di una piccola rampa di scale che richiede autonomia nella deambulazione. Con mia moglie e mio figlio (di 8 anni) lo abbiamo apprezzato molto, perché ci ha offerto un ampio spettro di possibilità di godere dell'Appennino e del Parco del Frignano. Grazie a Giovanna, a noi piacerebbe ritornare, magari anche in inverno.

Appartamento accogliente e ben fornito
Con la mia famiglia (2adulti e 3 bambini tra i 7 e gli 11 anni) ho soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento nella penultima settimana di febbraio. É stata la prima esperienza in appartamento in montagna, abituati a un diverso tipo di alloggio. Ed è stata una vacanza assolutamente piacevole. La padrona di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile anche per un cambio orario da parte nostra rispetto al check in . L’appartamento è accogliente e davvero ben fornito, (utensili, biancheria, cassettiere, giochi in scatola, dvd, legna per il camino...). Inizialmente temevo per l’assenza della WiFi, ma ci sono dei lati positivi a non essere connessi quando condividiamo dei bei momenti, anche di gioco, con la propria famiglia. Unico appunto è la mancanza di un armadio per attaccare le tute da sci, ma alla fine abbiamo risolto e passato la settimana in cinque senza problemi. L’appartamento è a tre mn di macchina dal centro e circa 15 mn dalle piste. Ve lo consigliamo!

STUPENDO SOGGIORNO SULLA NEVE
Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni a fine gennaio, io e la mia famiglia (mia moglie e i miei 3 figli). Ci siamo trovati benissimo, a pochi minuti da Sestola e dalle piste del Cimone. Casa pulita, spaziosa, accogliente. Ospite disponibile, cordiale. Comunicazioni perfette. Spero di tornare presto in questa splendida abitazione.
