This is a vastly renovated cottage, with all new plumbing, wiring, fantastic kitchen and luxurious bathrooms, appliances, 3 satellite HDTV's, high speed internet, Vonage phones, monitored security, air conditioning, etc.
Four bedrooms: two with king beds, two with queen beds. One large master bath, one guest bath, both are on the upper level. Two of the bedrooms are on the upper level, two are on the lower walk-out level.
There is a second large living room on the lower walk-out level, if you had guests that needed their own space.
We have a wide frontage, with 425 feet. The water is about 5 feet deep at the end of the newly constructed dock with two slips and a large sun deck. The 10 foot wide slips can accommodate boats up to 30 feet long.
We also have a sandy beach section for children to enjoy. Nice new cedar deck off the living room/great room, where the Weber BBQ is located. New lower terrace where the chaise lounges are (although you may find these out on the new dock!)
We are on Lake Joseph Road (formerly Hwy. 69), making our cottage extremely accessible via paved roads all the way from Hwy. 400. Access to the road is a plus for road cyclists, as you will notice many serious cyclists riding by...we are on one of the best cycling routes, with full sized paved shoulders. A newly constructed fence enhances privacy.
Our cottage is one of the easiest and closest Muskoka locations to get to, being close to highway 400 and right on Lake Joseph Road.
