Perched on a hillside Villa Alle Querce is a charming, restored stone country property commanding stunning distant views towards the beautiful hilltop town of Todi. Alle Querce is reached via a leafy dirt road climbing upwards and is set against a magnificent backdrop of oak forest, its seclusion providing relaxed and peaceful surroundings . A shaded pergola, overlooking the lawned areas of the garden and large swimming pool, provides a pleasant setting for eating out of doors. The terrace is equipped with its’ own outdoor oven, hob and barbecue area, making alfresco dining a real pleasure. The private gardens are ideal for families and couples alike, with plenty of space and a large pool (17 x 4.5 m.) which is visible from the shaded terrace.
The garden is a profusion of rosemary, lavender and roses surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and oaks. The house is comfortably furnished reflecting the taste of the owner and thoroughly in keeping with the farmhouse aspect of the property.
Todi, is 5 km from the house . The towns of Perugia and Orvieto are both about 30-40 minutes drive, Assisi 45 minutes, Spoleto may be reached in about 50 minutes. The Umbria countryside is the very heart of Italy. An intense calendar of artistic (like Umbria Jazz Festival every July), cultural and enogastronomic events can be experienced in summer time.

The Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms : 3 doubles (two with en suite) 1 twin bedroom and 1 single. In addition there are 2 family bathrooms . There is a kitchen inside and the terrace is equipped with outdoor oven, hob and barbeque.
The house has two floors. The ground floor entrance opens on to a large, bright living room: on one side the lounge with sofas, fireplace, on the other side, the dining area connected to the kitchen. The ground floor is an open plan with French windows along one side of the house looking out over to Todi, and has been cleverly separated into various seating areas that open to the double bedrooms with en suite bathroom located in each wing of the ground floor . A staircase leads up to the top floor, consisting of a loft area with the study and three bedrooms (a double, a twin, a single) . The twin is suitable for children and if necessary there is also a cot.
Near the pool there is a swing and the games room on the lower ground floor with a table tennis and table football creates another space to enjoy for the children.

Accessed from the garden in the lower ground floor is a laundry room with shower/wc and games room.
