Beautifully renovated and furnished space located in the heart of historic East Nashville; this comfortable loft apartment with a private entrance fits two people comfortably and four using a pull-out sofa. Enjoy walking to the lively Five Points area and having quick access to Downtown Nashville via car, bus, or bicycle. Heck, you can even walk to Downtown. It is just two and a half miles, and it's a beautiful neighborhood walk!
Amenities in the apartment include a private entrance, king-sized bed, and a newly renovated kitchenette, which is equipped with a medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker along with essential dishes. Guests will enjoy a newly renovated bathroom with a custom shower. Plush towels, a blow dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Coffee, tea, and filtered water along with snacks are provided. There is a spacious sitting area for your comfort and a desk with local reading materials for tourists. After booking, you will receive my Nashville Insider's Guide via email, which includes all things Nashville, our favorites, and details regarding the apartment.
Check-in process is minimal with coded key box at door and code will be sent to you the Monday before arrival. We are more than happy to meet you at check-in.
Private entrance through a gate into the side garden leads you to the apartment door. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and to laundry room upon request.
Interaction with Guests
You may interact with us as much or little as you would like. We enjoy becoming acquainted with guests, and we are always available to guests by phone. We love Nashville and especially our area, so we are happy to provide recommendations. You are our guests and we want you to be happy and comfortable. We believe our loft apartment and location will provide you a wonderful and unique Nashville experience. We hope you fall in love with our trendy area and the greater Nashville as much as we have.
The neighborhood, Lockeland Springs, is a historic neighborhood near Downtown Nashville. It is rich in local eateries and shops, and the apartment is just a short walking distance from it all. Guests without a car can easily walk to the grocery store, Barista Parlor (coffee shop), and many restaurants.
The apartment is a short biking distance (2 miles) from the Titan's Stadium, honkey tonk bars, The Ryman Auditorium, Cumberland Park, Bicentennial Mall, and much more. Guests have even walked to Downtown. The bus stop is two short blocks away. The apartment is centrally located in Nashville making driving times short to all the different areas in the city.
The loft apartment is the second floor of a historic up-down duplex. The house is a cottage bungalow which was converted into an up-down duplex in WWII.
The apartment will be decorated for Thanksgiving and Christmas for guests.
We ask that guests observe a no shoe policy to help maintain the carpeted area.
