One of four units in the Seward Square Rowhouse, Unit 1 is located on the first level and comfortably sleeps 6 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Professionally furnished by interior designers, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, carrera marble countertops and top of the line KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, and spa-like bathrooms that showcase glass showers and custom tile work. A washer & dryer and 60' LED HDTV with cable and high-speed wireless internet complete the interior living space, while a covered deck off the master suite provides a much coveted outdoor living space and more room for entertaining.

Nestled within the long rows of neighborhood homes you will find pockets of excitement ranging from a multitude of eating establishments to DC's only remaining original public produce market, known as Eastern Market. And of course it's extremely close proximity to the Capitol and various Smithsonian museums puts you literally at the doorstep of our nation's history. It is an absolutely wonderful location for both residents and visitors alike!

No expense was spared in the complete refurbishment of this house. You will be staying in a historic home complete with modern amenities--1880's on the outside and 2010's on the inside! Great place in a great location

This apartment was so well situated to everything you might want to see or do. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean and nicely maintained. There were not any surprises or issues. The smaller bedroom bed could use a little improvement as the mattress was not even and my daughter had to sleep on one side of the bed. It was if there were two separate matresses pushed together but it was only a queen so idk size wise how that would be possible.

The owner of the apartment was responsive and helpful. A new rule in DC-

If you don’t have DC plates on your car you cannot park at the apartment. This was not a problem for us but it is an issue if you are renting a car or driving from elsewhere.

I would highly recommend staying here. We plan on booking it again next time we are in DC.

Fantastic property close to Capitol

Brought my family of five, three teenage boys, to D.C. For first time. This is a perfect condo for its location adjacent to local restaurants, coffee shops ( 3 in the immediate vicinity) and close walking distance to the Capitol. The unit offers convenient key-free entry and recently-renovated everything. My only thought I's is not in the center of town. Is coming again, would be closer to the better restaurants on the north side of the Mall , more centrally located. Other than that, a great place to spend a few days visiting D.C.

Very Nice and Modern

Really nice place. Very modern. Easy entrance to the building and the house with the keypads.

An important feature for me is security and I felt very safe with the locks. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had nice stand up showers. I will book again on my next trip to D.C.
