THIS IS A BASEMENT, BUT ALWAYS COOL IN THE SUMMER AND WARM IN THE WINTER.
Guests can access to everything provided for their daily needs, including linen, shampoo... (storage for furnace, water heater, and room for water are off limits to guests.)
We live upstairs, therefore, we can help guests with anything they need.
Erie is a small town under development. Only half an hour to downtown Denver; minutes to neighboring cities such as Northglenn, Broomfield, Thornton, Lakewood, and Boulder, just to name a few. And, you do not need to spend many hundreds, and even thousands of dollars per night renting Boulder to attend events.
There is public transit transportation (RTD) to Boulder.
Parking is free on either side of the street, wherever available.
There are lots of shopping centers (Safeway, KingSoopers, Costco, Walmart...), restaurants (Chick fil a, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds'...), health care centers, within the radius of 5 miles.
Pets and Smoking are absolutely prohibited on the premise. No shoes inside the house.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premise or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
