Home is a quick walk to beach and prime shopping, restaurants and bars of Baltimore and Rehoboth Avenues. The home features 4 bedrooms and is tastefully furnished with fully stocked kitchen and a much coveted 300 square foot screened porch for enjoying the pleasant summer evenings. The home has undergone recent electrical, plumbing and appliance upgrades with dual zone central AC/Heat added in early 2014. Main level features entrance hall, large living room/dining room area, master bedroom with King bed and adjacent bath, large kitchen, pantry (with wine refrigerator and ice maker), and laundry with access to the 3+ sided screen porch overlooking a shady yard. Just off the porch, enjoy an over-sized cedar shower.
Upstairs you will find 3 Bedrooms; one King, one Queen and one bedroom with 2 Twin beds. An updated half bath is centrally located in the hall. Home includes another unique feature, off street parking for 3 cars. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are included. Technology upgrades include NEST smart thermostats, 55' Samsung Smart LED TV, Grace internet WiFi radio and upgraded WiFi with cable TV. Amazing, Clean Place!
We had a great trip to Rehoboth, thanks to Michael's house! The house had everything you could need to cook with, lots of seating options, a spacious back porch, and perfectly sized bedrooms. Our family loved the close proximity the property was to the beach, and the fact that it was on a quieter street, but an easy walk to downtown. Friendly host and beautifully decorated home. We would definitely recommend this booking to any family looking for a place to stay in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Perfect House and Location
This house was perfect for my family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was well furnished, and the kicker was the huge porch on the back where we spent most of our time. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more (the ice machine was great for the beach). On top of all that the location was perfect! Nice and quiet but not far at all from all the life of the town. Thank you Michael and Andres for having us!

Great summer memories
Another summer spent at our favorite place at the beach! As always, the house was clean and so charming. The location cannot be beat for access to the beach and restaurants. Michael and Andres are attentive and helpful when questions arise. We can’t wait to come back!
