Our Arrowhead property sits on a corner lot with ample room in both the front and back of the home. Close to Arrowhead Towne Center, golf courses, Peoria Sports Complex, and University of Phoenix Stadium, this is a prime location during the many sporting events Phoenix hosts throughout the year. This two-story, five-bedroom house has been remodeled both inside and out. The front room of the home comes equipped with a regulation size pool table and foosball table. The kitchen features electric glass stovetops, granite countertops, polished slate floors, updated appliances, a round table with comfortable leather chairs, and an open floor plan to the living room. The living section has two ceiling fans, a wood fireplace complete with a mantle and surrounding stone wall, leather couches, a Samsung flatscreen TV, and media cabinet for extra storage. The downstairs bedroom adjacent to the living room is fitted with a day bed.

The master suite includes a dual ceiling fan with a center light, double doors, a small sitting area with two chairs, vaulted ceilings, a king bed, matching nightstands, and a flatscreen TV. The open floor plan to the master bathroom leads to a separate tub, his/hers raised marble sinks with granite countertops, a walk-in closet, and a dual walk-in slate shower with a privacy curtain. All the other bedrooms upstairs are configured with two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size layout. Outdoors past the covered patio and dining area is a pool and spa, golf putting green, basketball court, propane grill, and plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate your entire travel group.

Minimum night stay requirements are affected by whether or not your projected stay creates a calendar efficiency by tagging onto already existing booking dates. The nightly rates quoted in the rate chart or displayed on any third-party advertisement is an average of the base rent for periods of time described as a Seasons. The rate offered for particular travel dates are always dynamically calculated and can only be obtained by inputting specific "Arrival" and Departure" dates and waiting for the inquiry to produce a rate result which is the "Offered Rate." The rates displayed on any static rate chart will not likely reflect the exact "Offered Rate." The static rate chart is inherently limited and does not include rate premiums for holidays, special events, or pricing variables including: #1) marketplace vacancy/occupancy levels #2) the number of nights of the prospective stay – longer stays typically have reduced rates #3) the specific nights of the week being included in the rate quote – weekends typically have higher nightly rates #4) the number of nights until the projected stay arrival date - early bird and last minute discounts are typical #5) calendar efficiency discounts or calendar inefficiency premiums. All occupancies require that renters post a Property Services and Contract Compliance Deposit equal to $250 plus $50 for each person in the group. Pool heat is available for $60 per day. Spa use is available for $20 per day. The standard occupancy for the home is 5 persons and any additional occupancy will incur a per-person, per-day additional occupancy fee of $25. Renters may pay the post departure clean-up fees called a "make-ready fee" as a flat fee of $300 at the time of booking, or renters may pay the actual cleanup charges after departure from the home.
