Our fully furnished 'rental pool' condo is your paradise as you wake up to the ocean sounds! Granite counter tops, travertine showers and baths and and tile floors! This unit is perfectly situated on the 6th Floor of the Cordoba building which is one of two ocean front buildings in Phase 2 and the last building build in Phase 2 . You can't get a 1-bedroom unit closer to the beach!! With a 'rental pool' unit you have full resort access and all resort services and daily housekeeping are included at no extra fees.

In addition to this amazing condo itself, the Las Palomas resort amenities are amazing as well. You can enjoy one of the many different pools and hot tubs, grab a bite at the swim up bar, cool off in the lazy river, sit under the palapas, swing in the hammock under shade or lounge by the negative edge pool. Gas barbeque grills located right next to the elevator on the ground floor of Cordoba are available for your use, and the fitness center in Phase 1 will help keep you on track.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances including both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig - so bring your own K-cups for the perfect cup of coffee on the balcony each morning! The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa but it is the Murphy Bed off the dining area that allows you to have extra sleeping area without having to use the sofa bed!.

DirecTV satellite broadcasts both Phoenix/Tucson local and Spanish language HD channels. The dining room can seat 4 people plus the kitchen island allows for seating for an additional 4 people. The front balcony has a marvelous view of the beautiful pools, ocean and Rocky Point Malecon area. Plus you will NOT get the HOT afternoon sun in this condo!! We try to keep beach toys and sand chairs in the condo for our guests use. Unfortunately, these get taken occasionally so we cannot guarantee they will be there for your use. Please understand, these items are extras we like to provide our guests but PLEASE leave them for the next guest!!
