?CLa Closerie de la Beyne?D was created as part of a former farm right in the countryside of the Périgord region and stretches over 32 acres of valley and woodland. Peace and quiet is guaranteed in these fantastic surroundings which have retained their authenticity. The house still has its original character and has been restored in keeping with local architecture. The old farm buildings have been transformed in reception rooms and accommodation. "Charmille" cottage was completed in 2004. It has 4 stars and sleeps 6. It faces south and looks over the fields. There is a terrace, parking and 500m2 of private garden.   • The ground floor bathroom leads off the bedroom and has a bath, shower, sink unit, window seat and heated towel rail. It boasts a view of the countryside and the neighbouring hills. The upstairs bathroom is larger and has the same fittings, as well as a washing machine and dryer and large shelf and cupboard for storage. Photos are available on our website.

  • The ground floor bedroom (14.5m2) has a double bed. To retain the rustic barn feel, the bed head has been made from an old manger. The room has a view of the countryside and in particular our truffle fields. There is lots of storage in the shape of wardrobe and cupboards. There are 2 rooms upstairs (both 15m2) which are accessed by a large, impressive oak staircase and a communal landing which overlooks the living room. Both are lit by a large skylight and 2 windows which also look over the truffle fields and the charming valley. One of them has two single beds, the other a small double with metal frame. The bedding is of excellent quality and in perfect condition, pillows and bolsters included.

La Beyne is "peaceful and relaxing...the natural way!". The pool is nicely situated in a rural setting and is a free-form shape with an overflow (equal to 12x6m2). It boasts a submerged deck and Jacuzzi. Around the edge you'll find sun loungers and deckchairs as well as a table tennis table. As well as our own footpaths, many Beaumontois walking routes pass through our property. The old cowshed has been transformed into a reception area and communal living room and terrace leading to the pool, available to all guests. There are lots of games to be played. The pool house is in what used to be the sheepfold and has WCs, showers and family sauna. A sauna and Jacuzzi session is offered once a week.
