Enjoy a night out dancing and walk 1 or 2 blocks home. Long bike rides on our 15-mile-long ocean view, bike path from Newport to Seal Beach. 4 shared bikes provided.

2nd Floor unit. Mostly quite single homes and attached single homes in the area. Downtown HB can be loud during special events (July 4th weekend, US Open for surf, Softball tournament, New Years, etc...).

The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, we arrived at night and none of the motion sensor lights were working. Thank goodness for the phone flashlight. Inside...well... there's no airconditioning. Having grown up in California, I assumed there would be. The unit was very warm, but worse than that--bugs. It has a termite infestation. The owner immediately offered a full refund, which we accepted and scrambled to find somewhere else to stay at 11 pm.

Our stay in Huntington Beach
The place was very nice we had no problems at all. Was very easy to contact the owner. We actually met her on one of our last days she was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. It was so close to everything very good location.

Friends Wedding in Huntington Beach
Great location, but no real view. Well, if your on the garage you can kinda see a touch of the ocean. We stayed in the back apt, upstairs. Place was fine other than the day we came home to hundreds of bugs by the laundry room! Termines. Owner was very laxed about the gross situation. If they had AC, and no bugs may consider saying again.

Nice Location: Clean and Comfortable
Centrally located for the area. Clean and comfortable assuming it doesn’t get hot (ceiling fans help). Nice to have the washer and dryer but the garage access is the huge plus. Communication with the host is excellent.

Why they chose this property

A True Vacation Oasis without the stress of driving! Walk 1-2 blocks to all the Restaurants/Bars and Beach! Sip a cocktail from the balcony with the Ocean View and Ocean breeze in the 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath back house with a BBQ grilling.
Watch the July 4th fireworks right on the back balcony!!!! NO Crowd or Parking stress!! Hop and skip to the Pier if you want more excitement.

What makes this property unique

House is open concept with large patio. Sip a cup of coffee or cocktail while grilling out on the patio. How can you beat the Ocean View on the back Patio! Love the Location! So close to everything.
