This property is special due to its central location in the valley which affords panoramic views from almost every location in the condo. The alpen glow at dawn and dusk is an attraction in itself. This condo is rustic, cozy and comfortable, but essentially it is all about the amazing mountain views, which can be enjoyed from inside the condo through the two storey wall of windows.
What makes this Condo unique
Location, Location, Location! This condo truly is in the middle of the downtown with walking access to main street. It was one of the original condo developments in Canmore and due to this has the best location. Most other condo units are situated along the Trans Canada highway. It is so nice to leave on foot and navigate the town trails, stroll by the winter skating pond or over the historic mining bridge along the Bow River then hit the many cafes or restaurants in the quaint downtown to refuel. The best part of my time here is getting out and enjoying the outdoors. After a good day of hiking or skiing, soaking in the roof top hot tub with its 360 panoramic views can’t be beat.

More than we could have asked for!
We could not have asked for a better stay. And the location simply could not be beat! Fantastic views on the mountains and fall colors. Grocery store across the street. Many restaurants and shops within in a couple mile walk. But for us the true gem was Canmore’s trail system that practically started right outside the condo! Trails along the river, over beautiful bridges, boardwalk trails. All with fabulous views. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything. We have a truck over the 6 foot 9 inch limit of the garage but had no problem finding parking in the outside parking spots.
We were so glad we stayed in Canmore as many days we didn’t even want to leave to go explore!

This was an all around wonderful VBRO experience. The property was even nicer than shown in the listing. Great underground parking, Centrally located next to a large grocery store liquor store coffee shop and everything else that you need. This unit is very spacious for four people. We will definitely be sending friends to this VRBO property.
Wonderful stay at this condo!
We were very pleased with our stay at this condo in Canmore. It was a great place to come home to after several long day hikes. The roof top hot tub was a real plus for our sore muscles at the end of the day. The condo was very clean and had all we needed for the nights we decided to stay in and cook. When sitting on the sofa, the mountains are beautiful! Just as they were in the VRBO picture. On my next trip to the Canadian Rockies, I will definitely rent this condo again!
Great option to staying in Banff
Great location. Canmore is convenient to the Park without all the crowds. The shower for the upstairs bedroom(which is loft style) is very small. Also the upstairs bathroom is “open” (no walls) so no sound privacy to the living area below. Owners asked that we start towels in washer upon leaving, but there was no detergent so we felt bad about no being able to comply.
Beautiful condo close to everything
From the moment I walked in, the place was warm, inviting and very clean. My stay was 10 nights and the convenience of the kitchen and also the proximity to Safeway was great. The host provided some bottled waters and some snacks which was really thoughtful. The beds were both very comfortable compared to most places I have stayed in the past. Questions I had for the host were answered promptly. This condo is pet friendly but you would never know from how clean and put together the place was. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will happily visit again in the future.
Great condo with AMAZING VIEWS!
I cannot recommend this condo enough, we stayed there for 8 nights over Christmas and loved it!! The condo is even better in person and it was perfect for everything we were looking for.
The views were phenomenal and all the little touches throughout the condo made it feel so homely.
I would deffinitly stay again if we were to travel to Canmore again.

This unit is located in the heart of downtown Canmore, Alberta which is the gateway for our National Park system, including Banff, Yoho, Kootenay & Jasper National Park.
In addition to interests within the park, the following is a list of great things to do while visiting:
-Hike Johnston Canyon, summer or winter with ice cleats
-Ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain by Gondola or hike to the top and ride down.
-Hike Tunnel Mountain, it's the local stairmaster.
-Drive the Spray Highway, high above Canmore to Kananaskis Country, great opportunity for wildlife sightings.
-Whitewater Rafting, Skiing, Horseback riding.
-Visit spectacular sites and trails of Yoho
-Walk on an ancient glacier on the Icefield Parkway

-Lounge in the Spa at The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel
