Spacious and recently remodeled Eagle Point cabin. Brand new Hot Tub. Over 2200 sq feet 3 story 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry + huge den & game room. New Hot Tub coming July 14, 2016, With Pool Table and air Hockey, large entertainment center.

Location, location, location! Steps to the lake and beach (lifeguards on duty, inflatable water jumpy).

Enjoy beautiful Meadow park (volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, soccer and softball fields), bbq, tables, playgrounds. Walking distance to food (Alpine Country coffee shop, Grizzly Manor Café, Dominoes Pizza, McDonalds, Danny’s, Taco Bell). 5 minute drive to Snow Summit Mountain and downtown.

Large open living room with comfy sofas, wood-burning stove, dining room table, hardwood floors.
Modern kitchen – granite, stainless steel appliances (gas stove/oven, microwave, double door refrigerator with indoor ice maker), wooden cabinets with 2 lazy Susans, microwave, regular coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino maker, blender, toaster, mixer, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, garbage disposal and more.
Sliding doors lead to a huge patio with gas BBQ. Surrounded by pine trees, very private, overlooks Meadow park.

Main floor also features a full recently remodeled bathroom and a bedroom with king size bed.
There are two more bedrooms on the 3rd floor. 2nd bedroom has a 2 twin beds.
3rd bedroom has 3 beds (2 Queens and 1 twin). Perfect for kids. 2 extra toddler mattresses if needed.
3rd floor also has a full recently remodeled bathroom.
Downstairs offers a perfect den/game area. With new full/twin Bunk bed, The kids never have to leave, Pool table/ping pong table combo, Large TV with sectional sofa. Great collection of DVDs and board games. Folding table and chairs.
Full bathroom, recently remodeled. Laundry room.
Sliding doors lead to a huge backyard.

Great location
Everything was good, Did need more towels. Only disappointing thing is the backyard is not fenced so our dogs could never be off the leash. There is a dog park within walking distance. Upstairs gets very warm and stuffy if it is hot outside. You can not beat the location, park is just behind the home with lots of things to keep the teenagers off their phones!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well stocked with anything we could need. The location was perfect for our younger kids & dog, with the playground and off leash dog area. Multiple living areas made it easy to feel connected but still have our space.

Great house but
This is a great house. In an excellent location. The only that that was frustrating was the jacuzzi was broken. Host did have a guy come look at it and they said they had to order a new heater, so the 3 nights we stayed we didn’t get to use it. It’s a stunning house but it is unfortunate no jacuzzi because that’s ultimately why we booked it. There were also cigarette butts all over back patio as well as wet sheets in washer(not ours) when we went to do ours. Host was apologetic and did try to make up for it so in the future if the jacuzzi does work we will gladly book again. Just a warning to anyone wanting to book, ask ahead is jacuzzi is properly working ( if that matters to you )

Awesome property, fun stay
My friends and family came for a stay and we were very happy with the experience. Property was great. Plenty to do and great location. Small issue at the start but communication with Bill was prompt and the issue was resolved immediately which was greatly appreciated.

Great!
The overall stay was great. We ran into a couple of complications that the host was more than willing to help with. This was an assumption on our part but there is no AC in the property, but we cooled the house by opening the windows. The location is great and we were able to walk the park across way and to restaurants not far away.
