(*) Private Pool, Spa, Fire Pit, BBQ: The backyard offers the perfect location to retreat, relax and take in the beautiful landscaping. There is a built in BBQ to enjoy outdoor grilling, a fire pit to warmly enjoy the desert nights, a private pool and hot tub and amazing views.

(*) This home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Including the use of a golf cart for driving around the Boulders property; load your clubs on to the back and head to the Club House for a round of 9 or 18 holes of golf or a game of tennis, then drive over to the Boulders Spa for an indulgent massage.

(*) Nearby hiking, biking and walking trails.

(*) Boulders Resort: Short term membership for access to the Boulders Resort is available for a separate fee paid directly to the Boulders Resort. This is an optional fee and is not included nor associated with the rental. This gives you access to the Resort's fitness center, outdoor pools, saunas and steam rooms, as well as participation in numerous daily exercise and wellness programs offered by the Resort.

Lovely well maintained property
It was a perfect setting for our stay. We were here a month. The property manager, Chris, was easy to reach and prompt in answering any questionS. The hottub was a must for us it was well Maintained during our stay. The landscaping is beautiful as are the views. Our two standard Poodles loved the backyard. I would highly reccommend this short term rental.

Extremely disappointed
Property is tired, dirty, overpriced. Agent inefficient. Owner does not understand contract with VRBO. We shall be making a formal complaint to VRBO. We have taken a video before leaving and photographs during our stay. We have already shared concerns with VRBO. We shall also be sharing concerns with credit card company. Meanwhile we are asking VRBO for an email receipt for the alleged cleaning contractors. We do not believe that a recognised cleaning company is used.

Winter Retreat
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location and surrounding resort was very nice and secure. The owners were responsive when we had questions or needed assistance.

Suggestions
Appliances need to be updated. Refrigerator was not working when arrived. Stove top does not allow pans to fit evenly, making it hard to cook. Oven when arrived was dirty (I only used it twice). Love the layout of the home and it's location.
