Cal-King, Queen, Full with optional crib, and bunkbed room with full on top and queen on the bottom. Also, there is an aerobed for additional sleeping possibilities in game room. Large flat screen in game room with cable and internet (wi-fi). Your secluded, peaceful oasis yet only 5 minutes from a major supermarket and downtown. You can set up our badmitton set for family play. Pool table fun! Our kitchen is yours with all cooking amenities. (i.e. - slow cooker for family meals, Keurig for your morning coffee, hot chocolate or tea, Kitchenaid mixer, panini maker, blender, toaster, etc.) Summer only - BBQ on front porch for those BBQ masters! All of this in the privacy of your own home. Separate small cabin located on property available to guests throughout the year. Winter only - Street and Driveway closest to main house are snowplowed throughout the winter. Your winter wonderland stay is only 10 minutes away from Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. Winter lease is preferred. Longer stay discounts available upon request.

Start the Lake Tahoe bike trail across the street to Squaw Valley or for a scenic ride around the Lake. Launch your boat just across the road less than a mile away or start your kayaking adventures less than 2 miles away. Our 2.7 acre property lets you enjoy the serenity of Tahoe with all the privacy yet you are only minutes away from all Tahoe City amenities. Our home is fully furnished with a Cal King bedroom, a full/queen bunk room, a full (crib optional) bedroom, and a queen bedroom. Sleeps 8 plus an aerobed is stored in closet for additional sleeping. Our kitchen amenities will hopefully make you feel right at home. Great family picnic lunch area behind property and a large family room for movie or game night. Note: Little cabin in the back of property is available. Guest cabin is located behind property with separate parking designated. Also, open fires are illegal during the peak fire season. May - November. No smoking allowed on entire property.
