Smith house memories
We rented the Smith house for our nieces graduation from CSU and became our Christmas destination this year . Family from Indiana, Michigan and Germany made the trip. The home was better than we thought due to some upgrades. We didn't receive check in email but owner quickly responded. The instructions to leave were not left in the house so a little uncertain about that.

Perfect Place
The property was perfect for our family visiting for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom set-up worked well. It's location was ideal to the various activities we pursued. We would love to stay there again. The host was very helpful.

Great Location
House is in a great location if you like to bike and walk. Downtown is only 1.5 miles away and there are bike lanes everywhere. Hardly used the car. Biked to bars, restaurants, stores, etc. Horsetooth lake is great and only 20 minutes from the house.

My husband and I wound up in Fort Collins in 1997 and 1998 to attend Colorado State University. We met, married and never left! We have enjoyed many trips to various parts of the U.S. and other countries using VRBO as our main source for vacation rentals. Our hope is that everyone who stays at the Smith house has the same positive experiences we have had.

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted to own a property in Old Town. There is a certain 'vibe' to the area that you can't fine anywhere else in town. It is a quiet, but vibrant area, so close to restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, trails and parks. My family and I live in Fort Collins and simply want to provide a place for visitors to enjoy all the city has to offer!

What makes this property unique

We loved the charm of this house right away. It has beautiful arches, wood floors, swing on the front porch, fenced backyard and large mature trees.
